Peter brings more than 30 years of experience in organisational leadership, strategic partnerships and business development.  

Peter's background spans a successful career in criminal justice, senior executive leadership, and strategic partnerships. He has worked with national bodies including the Home Office, the Department for Education, and Homes England, and has a long-standing commitment to driving positive social change. 

Peter holds a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge and business qualifications from the University of Sheffield, and the University of Wales.
